In the Middle of Asia is a London and Milan based project by

Stefano Triulzi (photographer)

designed to offer to the public the results of their ongoing research on Central Asia, including the findings of a travel experience in Tajikistan over the years 2002-2004.

The purpose of this project is to contribute to the knowledge within Europe of Central Asian and particularly Tajik cultural life by disseminating photographic material, documentary videos, musical resources (including field recordings, local productions and live performances) and by setting out to explore Central Asian social and cultural issues.

Initiatives include publications, multimedia exhibitions, conferences and collaboration with record labels.
